Each piece of polymer clay jewellery is a little hand made work of art. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same, meaning you have a one off! They are made with lots of care and attention to detail, but there may be occasional, very slight “imperfections”. If you have any concerns about your jewellery, please get in touch. 

Posts and fixings - Most of our jewellery with visible fixings, dangles etc. has the option to select gold or silver coloured metal. We always use hypoallergenic stainless steel posts in either colour. Gold or silver plated and sterling silver fixings are also available on some styles. Each listing will have it’s own options but do please email me if you’d like something specific and can’t see it! All pairs come with butterfly backs and silicone stopper backs, so you can decide which suits you best!

Processing times - Some of our ranges are listed ready to ship, this means they are made and ready to go! Whilst I always try to ship as soon as possible, please allow 2-3 business days for this, plus postage time.

Some of our ranges are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for these to be made, plus postage times. The listing will make clear if it is a made to order piece. Thank you!

UK Postage - All items are shipped via Royal Mail, options are listed. 1st and 2nd class are not tracked but proof of postage will be obtained. In the unlikely event of Royal Mail losing a package, please allow 10 working days, then get in touch with us.

Returns - For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for earrings, unless they are faulty. We take the utmost care in producing our jewellery, but accidents can happen in postage, so please do get in touch via the contact form if you have any issues.
